Where can I get ELF makeup (store)?

i live in missouri if that makes a difference. and if anyone has any specific ELF products they like please share. :) thanks in advance.Where can I get ELF makeup (store)?
Where I live you can get it at Kmart. ELF is not that bad. I absolutly love the healthy glow bronzing powder in sun kissed. It is so sheer and gives you a healthy natural glow.

Their Natural Radiance Blusher in shy is so cute. It is a nice soft baby pink and will give you that cute natural look.

Things not to get:


waterproof eyeliner pen. This does not work and fades easily. It doesnt have a nice black color like I wanted.





They're mineral eyeshadow primer is just ok. It works but when I got it some of it was dry and clumpy. I don't know if this is how all of them are or if mine was a fluke. *it does work though*Where can I get ELF makeup (store)?
For one, ELF sucks. Thats why its only a buck. I wouldnt recomend it. Ive seen it at Kmart here in virginia and thats it.
