They're not professional like MAC or CoverGirl is but they do make good quality makeup. My sister is obsessed with all of their products and says that it's just like designer quality.Is elf makeup a professional brand or something?
I don't think its a majorly professional brand but they do make good makeup and I know a lot of people that use it , I've used the eyeliners and mascaras and their quite good =) x
