Has anyone purchased makeup from ELF?

I have purchased a few items and i love ELF makeup. There's one thing i purchased but i don't know what its used for. Its called Hydro Tint, what is it used for?Has anyone purchased makeup from ELF?
I love the stuff from ELF, I have the sheilding hydro tint too, it's a tinted moisturiser with SPF 15, Love it! It lasts forever I can't believe it's cheap and so small when it lasts so long. It gives light natural coverage and moisturises realy well.Has anyone purchased makeup from ELF?
