yes its execllent im a makup artist and i use many quality cosmetics such as mac and ben nye but some times you just need something simple yet long lasting and inexpensive so yea use elf!!!Is elf makeup good quality?
Just don't order it online. I've heard terrible things about their shipping...
It's not super bad makeup, it's just really not that great. Good for cheap things, like brushes, eyelash curlers, basic stuff like that. But I really wouldn't trust $1 foundation.
- For a cheaper eyeliner, try NYC. It's only 95 cents and it's easier to find in stores...-Is elf makeup good quality?

Yeah it's pretty good sometime it doesn't have some of the stuff you want though.
