I am pretty sure that you can buy them at Walmart but I am not sure if they sell them there for $1. I ordered some of the products offline and got to use a coupon code to get 50% off my whole order. I ordered about $25 worth of products (I wanted to see how they worked) for $12 but the order also took 3-4 weeks to arrive. Some of the stuff was absolute junk (concealer), the eye shadows were okay but they come off really quickly. The lip gloss doesn't smell/taste the best, has a little bit of a weird texture, but generally it was okay. The best part of the whole order was the brushes, they were pretty good quality for the price.
