Light colored shadows make your eyes look bigger. Like whites, creams, and yellows. The darker the color the smaller your eyes may seem to look. The ';smokey eye'; effect which is hard to master will make your eyes appear smaller.
good mascara and eyelash curlers
Fake lashes always make my eyes look so much bigger and brighter. Though its troublesome but the results is definately worth it. Choose fake lashes that are more natural so that it wld nt b so obvious u put on thse fashies... earth colours eyeshadow create illusion that make eyes look deeper and bigger. Eyeliner is the simplest way to make eyes look more alert at a instant.
Good luck

yes the white eyeliner on bottom inner line and gotta pluck them brows to open up eyes! dark brown eyeliner on top only dont do any dark liner on bottom that makes em smaller, of course mascara not black, but dark brown or black/brown. dark purple liner works too only on top line
try extending your eye shadow outward at the sides. I'll walk you through this subtle but effective technique:
STEP 1 First, choose a soft, neutral shadow color. I recommend walnut browns and heather grays for light skin and honey browns or medium-dark browns for darker skin. You don't want to use a color that is too deep or striking or one that contrasts too much with your natural skin tone. (Darker, brighter colors make eyes look smaller.)
STEP 2 Look in the mirror; now place your pointer finger horizontally against your eye where the crease meets the brow bone (the inside of your finger should be touching the side of your nose). This will be your guideline for shadow placement.
STEP 3 Using an eye shadow brush with a longish flat head (about the size of your pinky nail), place the eye shadow horizontally across your eye, at the crease and below the brow bone, following the line you made with your finger as a guide.
STEP 4 Continue to extend the color outward in the same horizontal way, just about half an inch or so beyond the ends of your eyes, blending outward.
STEP 5 Ideally, the ends, where you've extended the color should fade out and finally, entirely diminish. Think of the way a cloud of smoke disappears into nothingness.
Done correctly, this technique gives the illusion of lengthening and widening eyes, creating the appearance of larger eyes.
Out eye liner on the edge of your eyes and after that put Brown shadow on to middle of your eye Hole then call your eye rush only side.:)
Shadow on the browbone.
Smudge your shadow at the corner of the eye.
Light and bright under the brow line.
Eyebrow waxing really opens up the eyes-especially at the ';corners';.
What i do is that i take a BLACK eyeliner and define my eyes top and bottom, and i keep on doing this until i am satisfied with the thickness of the colour.
another thing, you can use a light colour inside you eyes and on the outer part you could add a darker colour.
Bt make sure that at the edge of your eyes the top and bottom eyelines are connected with the eyeliner.
Another thing do the normal thing you do then add more of it and on the edge try white or silver shadow.
Hope this helped
use light colors to line the bottom. curl lashes and use mascara
Use a shimmery light colored shadow on lids, underneath the bottom lashline and in the outer/inner corners.
Curl lashes.
Put a coat of mascara only on the top lashes.
*Use dark liner only on the top lashline for drama.
Do not do the Carrie look (Sex and the City) and ring eyes like a raccon while adding gobs to the lower and upper lashes, that makes eyes seem small and narrow.
Rule of thumb:
Light colors make things pop
Dark colors make things recede
