Plus Theres Tons of Videos on youtube .

Goodluck (:Makeup tricks to make your eyes POP?!?
1. Always curl lashes before applying mascara. You can actually curl lashes AFTER mascara is applied, as long as your mascara is dried (a good tip to know if you want to curl your lashes later in the day without removing your mascara).

2. Don't forget your bottom lashes. For years I avoided mascara on them until a makeup expert showed me how much mascara on my lower lashes really make my eyes pop. I rarely go without now. To apply mascara on lower lashes, hold the brush vertically, then sweep it back and forth.

3. Individual false lashes are exotic, gorgeous and can look natural if applied correctly. Large cities offer ';lash bars'; in the hottest department stores. (Henri Bendel, Bergdorfs and more, for example) but I expect the counters at most department stores will have experts in false lashes. Ask at yours.

Don't want to go to department store? Drugstores carry false eyelashes. If they're too long, you can trim them with scissors.

4. For a doe-eyed, seductive look, makeup artist *Paul Starr suggests you try lining your lower lids with a creamy white eye pencil. He likes Estee Lauder Artists's Eye Pencil in White Writer($18.50).

5. White liner may sound odd, but it really opens up the eye. You can also try putting it on the inside corner of both your upper and your lower lids.

6. Another way to open up eyes is to skip the white eyeliner and opt instead for a platinum highlighter. Dot along the browbone, then blend in. Apply highlighter at the inner corners of your eyes. Follow with eye shadow.

7. Make sure your brows are manicured. Until you get your brows professionally waxed, tweezed or threaded, you won't realize how much they affect the rest of your face. Cleaning up your brow line of stray hairs, adding a slight arch and filling in sparse spots are key to making eyes look much larger.

I find once you get a professional brow job, you can do it yourself for a few months using the pro job as a ';map'; of where to tweeze. To keep brows in place, try a clear eyebrow gel like Maybelline Great Lash Clear Mascara or just spritz a bit of hairspray onto an old toothbrush and brush brows in perfect place.

Here is something else. The idea to creating sexy, sultry, eye-popping eyes is to pick eyeshadow shades that are the opposite of your natural eye color. This will give your eyes a look that is more intense, and vibrant. For example if you have green eyes, a purple eyeshadow in lavender, violet, or amethyst will bring out the green of your eyes even more. To avoid going too heavy, apply the color in layers. This way you can control the intensity and desired look. For eyeliner you can use a color in the same color scheme like a dark plum, or go with a deep charcoal or dark brown.

Blue eyes look beautiful in warm coppers, burnished gold, taupes, and rich brown eye shadows, shimmers or mattes will do. An eyeliner in dark brown looks great, and a gel eyeliner in dark brown, even better.

Brown eyes like mine, look good in colors like amethyst, violet, teal, warm bronze, rose-gold, and taupe. An eyeliner in a blue-charcoal, dark green, or deep burgundy all look good. Wear it as a liquid liner by using an eyeliner sealant and mixing with your shadow. It will stay on for hours, and still look as good.

With all of these colors it鈥檚 always best to apply in layers so you don鈥檛 put on more than you want. If you just want a wash of color on the lids, use your fingers to apply the color. For a more dramatic eye, a medium size eyeshadow brush, or blender brush works perfectly. Get a couple of your girl friends together and have a makeup party. Bring your makeup, brushes, and be open to trying something new. You can play with colors, get honest opinions, and most importantly have a blast.
use colors of eyeliners that are like tones in your eyes try not to wear too much, the more you use the heavier it makes your eyes appear so they will not ';pop'; try applying it in new ways or try to put it right under your lashes so it appears more natural. the more natural it looks the more it will stand out. if youre trying for a more out there bright look just try to use bright colors of eye liners and shadows. just sit around one day and try about of stuff out.
Use the opposite color of your eyes---mine are brown, so I use blues. It makes them stand out rather than doing brown on brown. Try putting some eye shadow using an angle brush in the corner of your eyes, lining the bottom lash line thinly, and use mascara on the bottom lash lines as well. I know a lot of people say not to use mascara on the bottom lashes, but it makes your eyes look bigger.
1) Curl your eyelashes to begin...

some people heat them with a hair dryer for a few seconds so your eyelashes will curl better. But make sure you test the heat on the back of your hand first so you don't burn your eyelid !

2) Apply your mascara ...

one coat is enough to lengthen / make them more voluminous / or darker / or whatever your mascara does

two coats will give your lashes a more dramatic look ....

Only apply to your top lashes

3 ) Eyeliner

Apply eyeliner .....

some people say white eyeliner really opens up your eyes

But you can also use black

or any other colours lol

black and white are the most common ...

4 ) if you have a clear mascara then apply that to your bottom lashes

Anyway I Hope I Helped

Bye x =)

for light eyes-

use black liquid liner and make sure your eyelashes are super long and full

dark eyes-

use softer colors and outline the edges of your eyes with liner

I've heard white eyeliner helps, and also any light eyeshadow that compliments your eye color helps.
