Are there any random/cool/GOOD makeup tricks you've learned over your lifetime/years?? ?

I am not the best at doing makeup and i would really like to know good ways of putting it on, good ways of having sexy eye makeup on, how to put it on, etc .... thank you! :)Are there any random/cool/GOOD makeup tricks you've learned over your lifetime/years?? ?
1.after putting on eyeliner trace the line with matching powder to make it last longer.

2.widen your eyes with white or nude eyeliner.

3.put a thin layer of fondation or primer on your eyelids before applying your shadow it was last so much longer!

4. use a tooth brush to exfoliate lips before putting on lipgloss or lipstick whatever you perfer, or even chapstick. Are there any random/cool/GOOD makeup tricks you've learned over your lifetime/years?? ?
Applying your foundation with a damp sponge helps blend it. Put on lipbalm before you apply gloss or lipstick, then insert your finger in your mouth and remove to prevent lipstick on your teeth.

Curl your eyelashes after you apply mascara, just be sure they are totally dry. This helps the curl hold longer. You can also do a layer of clear mascara before you do your regular, to make eyelashes appear thicker.

Use two shades of blush, it will give more dimension, also, don't overload on powder, it will look cakey.
hmm ive found that when doing the little flick on the side of you eye, it helps to close that eye and then do the flick.

Ummm, white eyeliner on the bottom lashline makes your eyes look really big and then doing black or grey eyeliner underneath the lashes defines the look :-)

thats all i can think of atm
using eyeshadow and an eyeliner brush is an easy way to do your eyeliner especially when youre not pro. then you won't have to buy two products and u can do you any color that youre doing with your eye shadows. and its also an easy way to do a really smokey eye by smudging it more
you know what reallly helps.

letting your face primer sit for a good 5 minutes or so, helps give you a smooth even complexion.
foundation first the powder

its great!
Go with bold combinations. I love like lime green and royal blue, purple and yellow, red and purple, pink and dark green, etc.

For make up, I often use eyeshadow to line my eyes. Lets take the teal and hot pink idea. Use an aqua or light blueishgreen liner under your eyes along the lash line and on the upper lash line. Connect the two lines together at the outer corners of your eyes. a small little wing can also be done. Wet a thin angle brush and dip and mix in teal eyeshadow and trace over the line. Rewet it and go over as many times as needed to finish and get the desired shade. With a hot pink eyeshadow, sweep over your eyelid into the crease. Its better if the eyeliner is the shiny/sparkly/glittery color, but either is ok. On the upper part of your eye, brush a lighter pink, or if you're willing, a very light sweep of the teal. Along the brow bone right under your eyebrow, brush a white or very very light pink to create an exaggerated highlight. Use a smooth lipstick/blam/gloss but stay away from glitter and sparkly lips when using this eye technique so it doesnt counteract your statement with your eyes. You can use this with any color combo really. Good Luck!

A twist on the classic smoky eye is always fun, too.

Do a classic smoky eye with black or the darkest gray you have in the crease, then sweep a medium silvery gray over your lid. To add pizazz and a twist, use a dark purple, or any darker color, blended in the black in the crease.(or if its a lighter color, sweep it over the silverygrey on the lid.) Over the brow sweep a light silver and over the brow bone (right underneath your eyebrow, along the arch), use white as an exaggerated highlight. use black eyeliner and mascara that creates the wide-eyed look. Use minimal blush, a like pink to mauve and nude to light pink ligloss with a shine. You could also experiment with bright eyeliners on the waterline.

Have fun! %26amp;%26amp; I hope I helped!!!
