How do you make dimples in your chin with makeup? is there a makeup trick to it?

If you add a bit of dark makeup - a matte eyeshadow that's a tad darker than your skintone, perhaps, or a bit of light penciling with an eyebrow pencil, you can create the illusion of a dimple in your chin. Apply the product in a short thick line to a crease in your face, or a shadow, or the cleft in your chin, and blend until it looks like a dimple. It'll be there all the time, though.
