try covergirl lashblast and 4 eyeliner use copper coloror dark blue to bring out ur eyes
Eye shadows in neutral tones work really well on blue eyes. Basically what you don't want to do is compete with the color of your eyes, so anything that's too blue or too green will do that. Try peach and brown tones, they tend to really bring out blues.
