Makeup tricks for combination skin?

Ok, so my skin is really hard to find products for.

My forehead and chin are very, very pale. I put foundation all over my face and this works for the pale spots. My cheeks are really red though, and the foundation doesn't work, and neither does concealer. Plus, I have obnoxious bags underneath my eyes.

Does anybody have tips, tricks, or products that i could use? Makeup tricks for combination skin?
Try this primer from Smashbox:

The green colored one corrects redness. And don't let the green color scare you, it doesn't go on looking green, but it really works. Just smooth on before you apply foundation and wah-lah! redness is gone!

I think Prescripitves has something silimar if you are looking for something less expensive that you can pick up at the drug store.

Oops...I meant Physicians Formula, not Prescriptives. Sorry!Makeup tricks for combination skin?
I like to use liquid foundation and set it with mineral foundation when I need more coverage.
