try using a color that is opposite from green or just experiment.
i have green eyes and putting a dark purple on the lid with a lighter purple to highlight or in the crease makes them pop
and somtimes even browns if they are dark
purple / plum/ pink eye makup will complement %26amp; bring out your green eyes
