bright lipsticks are fun. try that instead of lip balm or gloss.
or you can but a color liner on ur bottom lid and a black or dark brown on your top lid.
it also depends on what ur wearing.
and for fall purple is a nice color. :)
simple with a little pop is cute. u dont have to overdo your makeup to look good.
