Use white or pearl eyeliner on the inner rim of the eye, this will help with making you appear more refreshed. This also creates the illusion of a bigger eye, as it blends in with the whites of your eyes.





You should always use concealer underneath your eyes, to hide dark circles or skin discolouration, which will help with making you look less tired.





Eyeliner above your upper lashes and black mascara will draw attention, so curl your lashes to make them turn more up and out, and this will help with creating pretty, big eyes.
white eyeliner on your waterline and curl your lashes and use lots of mascara on top and bottom, it makes a huuge difference


also a thin line of liquid liner makes them kinda stand out with out going smokey, smokey/black eyeliner makes it look smaller but it does make it stand out more


anddd a highlighter on the inner corner of your eyes and under your brow line (or a light shimmery pale yellow or white eyeshadow instead of a highlighter, it does the same thing)
Okay so I have big eyes so I might not be much help. Try putting a little white or light cream eyeshadow on the inner corner of your eye. Might work for you, also try doing a little eyeliner on the middle to outer edge of the bottom of your eye, that is supposed to make them bigger. Thanks!!!

eyeliner definitely and mascara. also, use dark eyeshadows and blend them to make a smokey look, it helps.
white eyeliner or black different for everyone- you should smudge it.
