What brands/types/tricks of makeup would work best for someone with extremely fair skin?

As in, Anne Hathaway fair :)What brands/types/tricks of makeup would work best for someone with extremely fair skin?
I have really fair skin and i use a loose powder and a rosy blush. Bronzer does not look good on fair skin.

For your eyes, depending on the color:

Blue eyes - browns, greys, blacks

Brown eyes - purples, navy blues, etc.

Its best to use deeper, darker colors for eyeshadows and eyeliner than light colors. What brands/types/tricks of makeup would work best for someone with extremely fair skin?
lots of brands, i think serve the fairer skin tones ok...

if you want a large range of colors to chose from, mac is an obvious choice...if you aren't for that price range (which i'm not) then actually I believe that maybelline may have some good choices, at least in powders. if you don't have any complexion problems then leaving off the foundation might also be good. just a light dusting of powder and letting you natural skin come through is good (with a tiny bit of pink blush)

for lips you can do everything except the dark brown/mauve ish colors. from pinks to nudes to reds are all a go

shadows i would keep matte and not too shimmery. pinks blues and greens...all light...i think...depends on your eye and hair color.
