jet black eyeliner with a kohl pencil on the lower lid will make eyes look beautiful. for the upper lid you can either use a liquid liner and draw a thin or thick line whatever you prefer. curl the lashes and apply 2 coatings of black mascara.you can apply eyeshadow (smokey will do awesome job) on the upper lid.
Just add a little of mascara and eyeliner to really make them pop..





For even more umpf you can add green and gold tone shadows to make them pop even more while bringing out the golden hues..
