Well speaking from the point of the guy the best makeup job looks like your either not wearing makeup, very low key, or just enough to hide any blemishes and smooth and feather the natural color or................... Personally I like it when women put a tribal pattern on their face, Some people might think ( ho my god, she got a tattoo on her face ) But you can get the same effect with black mascara and an artistic friend. and turn more then a few heads and that is what you want to do now isn't it?
To make eyes appear bigger -


First apply a dark eyeliner to upper and lower lash-lines.


Then apply a white eye shadow on entire upper lid.


Finally, using a white eye liner draw a thin line under your lower lash line (under the darker color)


(And don't forget the mascara!)


I do this everyday and I always get comments on how big and open my eyes look.
Here are the secrets that I've learned in the business:


-to keep your eyebrow shape in place, dab hairspray on your finger.


-to make your legs look longer, apply highligther/shimmer powder to the middle front of your legs.


-to make your nose look more prominent, brush bronzer along the sides of your nose.

2. Dip your drying mascara tube in some hot/warm water and it'll be as good as new.


3. Applying eyeshadow with a wet brush is a good eyeliner.


4. Mixing lipstick in clear lip gloss can produce countless tinted glosses.


5. Applying a good skin moisturizer/cream on your face before makeup can reduce the amount of foundation required.
I like using preparation h cream under my eyes to reduce the puffiness.
