The cheapest make up is wet and wild, but I recommend NYC. It's around the same price as wet and wild and you can find it at Walmart.





With the hair.... go for the wet look. All you do is once you get out of the showder, dry your hair out a bit. A little bit only. Make sure your hair is still wet. Then toss it around, sort of a messy look. Then apply mousse and tada! =) A wet, messy, semi-wavy look. xPBeauty Questions Hair, Makeup etc.?
Just blow dry your hair with hint of mousse.
