Beauty Pageant Outfit/Hair/Makeup?

hi, i'm 13 %26amp; I'm going to be competing in the national american miss pageant, i really haven't decided on any of my looks yet, so I was wondering if you have any tips for my hair/makup/outfit for ANY or ALL (that would deffinitely rock) of these sections:


-FORMAL


-INTERVIEW


-TALENT (i'm dancing, mainly ballet with a bit of lyrical)

Omg I'm so excited for you. I competed in that pageant one year ago. I didnt win but I got fourth place. Not bad for my 1st official pageant. For your talent that sound good but what you should wear is something sparkly so you can grab their attention. And for the interview always smile and never say ughhhhh.......or mmmmmmmmm. For the formal its best if you keep ur hair off ur face so they wont forget who u are. Dont wear tons of makeup. YOu will lose points. Good Luck! Have fun. i wish you the best of luck after you go through this pageant process, you become addicted. i have already started preparing. you can get an interview suit in sears(where i got mine) or go to ebay. What ever dress you choose not white. When it comes to dresses do a lot of searching on line. try looking under ball gowns or quincquiera or what ever it is called. those dresses are fluffy an puffy. (better) for talent thatis totall up to you!! hair in formal wear try either up in a bun curled and stuff or completely down curled at ends. ou could also do half up half down if you can't decide. interview best down and curled at ends. i hope this helps!!
i answered your other question firstand i would like to add that when you go for the interview you must keep your hair away from your face and don't play with it cause i learned that way cause playing with your hair is not so attractive and it shows you're nervous.


for formal i would suggest a dress that is simple but cute.


and hair do it into a bun


interview tie it up in a ponytail if you have bangs clip them and wear something black and white


and a talent part wear some sparkly but don't overdo it

If your doing ballet why dont you just wear an outfit that kinda goes with the song your doing or a classic tootoo, lol. Hope it goes well! good luck :D hope i helped!
